CFL Getaway – Official Contest Rules
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.
1. Eligibility
This sweepstakes (“Contest”) is open to all legal residents of Canada, except Quebec, who are 19 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Prairie Tide Diversified (“Sponsor”), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) are not eligible to participate.
2. Contest Period
The Contest begins on July 16, 2026, at 12:00 AM EST and ends on August 15, 2026, at 11:59 PM EST (“Contest Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Contest Period will not be eligible.
3. How to Enter
To enter the Contest, visit www.prairietideanalytics.com during the Contest Period and complete the entry form, including your name, email address, and a brief description (100 words or less) of why you are the ultimate CFL fan, and follow us on Facebook (as per the entry page).
4. Winner Selection
One (1) potential winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The random drawing will be conducted on or about August 16, 2026 and the potential winner will be required to answer a skill testing question, which must be correctly answered by the potential winner before they can receive the prize. Failure of the potential winner to correctly answer the skill testing question will result in the potential winner’s loss of the prize and the Sponsor will be entitled to randomly select a new potential winner. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
5. Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
– Two (2) regular tickets to a regular season 2026 CFL game of the winner’s choice
– Travel and accommodation for two, to attend the game, including economy round-trip airfare and a two-night hotel stay in a standard room (maximum rate of $400 per night)
– CFL merchandise pack (retail value of approximately $400)
– $500 VISA spending money
Approximate retail value (ARV) of the prize: CAD $5,000.
All incidental costs and expenses not specifically referred to above as part of the prize description (the “Expenses”) are the sole responsibility of the prize winner and/or guest(s), where applicable. All prize elements are subject to availability and substitution. The winner shall not seek reimbursement for the Expenses from the Sponsor.
6. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via email on the day of the draw – August 17, 2026. The potential winner must respond within five (5) days of the initial notification. If a potential winner does not respond within the required time frame, fails to comply with these Official Rules, or is otherwise ineligible, they may be disqualified, and an alternate winner may be selected at the sole discretion of the contest Sponsor.
7. General Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
– Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.
– Accept that in the unlikely event that the competition needs to be delayed, cancelled or suspended, or altered, the Sponsor reserves the right to terminate, suspend or amend the contest at the Sponsor’s sole discretion, without prior notice.
– Release and hold harmless the Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the Contest or any prize won. Winners participating in the CFL Getaway will be asked to sign a liability waiver on completion of the contest period, before claiming their prize.
– Allow the Sponsor to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Sponsor for the purpose of administering the Contest and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
9. Governing Law
The Contest and these Official Rules shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the laws of Canada applicable therein.
