Quality is an integral part of Prairie Tide Analytics, both in our products and services offered. At Prairie
Tide Analytics, it is our commitment never to compromise the safety, integrity, quality, or compliance of our products and services. This means that everyone understands their responsibilities and are empowered to report and take necessary actions to protect individuals and products. Ultimately trust in process and documentation is at the heart of our quality system.
Quality starts with a mindset to perform all functions according to the highest quality standards and complying with established instructions. This includes SOPs and Official Monographs – AOCS, FCC, USP, recording all data and information according to regulatory requirements; and utilizing calibrated equipment and certified standards to ensure performance and consistency at all times. Quality standards are continuously monitored and improvements undertaken, challenging ourselves through research, education and training.
All products and services are designed to meet customer expectations. They are undertaken safely and are compliant within a regulatory framework. Design processes comply with documented quality control monitoring through SOPs, official monograms, Change Control, deviation, and customer complaint procedures. Performance expectations can thus be maintained, recorded, and followed with periodic reviews offering constructive feedback for continuous improvements. Environmental impact, decreasing waste, and integrating products and processes is an important aspect in our design process.
The quality system within our facility follows cGMPs, monitoring and documenting each and every process to ensure compliance of all undertakings. Equipment is regularly calibrated both in house using certified standards and by qualified third party technicians. All processes, product specifications, and documents are reviewed periodically under Change Control.
Our quality system is committed to improve our personnel through training, teamwork, and fostering employee trust and engagement across the company. This ensures continuation of our high-quality standards in testing, product development, and facility, giving value to all who utilize our products and services.
